Guitar can be frustrating, especially if you've been playing for
a while. At first, you have to get used to building callouses and
S T R E T C H I N G your fingers out, but every little thing you
learn feels brand new and like an accomplishment.

After a while, the grind sets in and the law of diminishing
returns becomes REAL. Sometimes it can feel like beating your
head against a wall... Even Hendrix famously acknowledged moments
where he hated it and wanted to give up.

In those moments, it can really help to have some practice tricks
to get you unstuck and out of the funk (or into funk, who
knows?). We're going to look at ways to make your practices as
intentional as possible so that there is no wasted time, and
instead your practice will be as efficient and rewarding as
possible.
